Arctic Blue Waters New Water Source

On April 13th, 2021 Arctic Blue Waters Alaska, Inc., entered into a twenty (20) year “Purchase Agreement for Raw Water in Bulk for Export” with the City and Borough of Sitka, Alaska.  This Agreement is broken into five-year terms, with the initial five years allowing for the purchase of 2.0 billion gallons per year.  Subject to certain terms and conditions Arctic shall be granted the first right of refusal to purchase an additional 6.8 billion gallons per year.  The source of the Glacier-fed bulk water is the Blue Lake reservoir, which is approximately 3 miles long and 400 feet deep.
